Break A Leg Productions
Break a Leg Productions was formed in 2015 by Emma Vaudrey, David Moorhead and Bill Elms, in order to produce new writing for the stage. Emma and David write under the names Emma Culshaw and David Paul. They have written several plays together and currently have three which will be performed in the North West this year. The Ruby Slippers, Blood Runs Deep and Achy Breaky Bride.

The Ruby Slippers is a transgender comedy-drama that explores prejudice and acceptance. In February 2016 The Ruby Slippers premiered at the Lantern Theatre in Liverpool. In November 2016 The Arts Council granted Break A Leg Productions a grant to tour with the play in St Helens, Blackpool and at the Epstein Theatre in Liverpool. The following summer the Ruby Slippers debuted in the West End in London. It will be returning to Liverpool for the third time and will play at the Royal Court in July 2018.
Break A Leg Productions are also very pleased to announce that Blood Runs Deep will be making its theatrical debut at the Unity Theatre in October 2018.
